The use of high efficiency and long-life amalgam lamps enable the treatment of high flowrates with fewer lamps, thereby reducing the UV installation’s operational costs. Dedicated electronic feeders, which are designed to enable modulation of the lamp output based on actual operating conditions, allow even more energy to be saved; thus lowering operational costs even further.
